Our products are shipped from China. The shipping time for economy shipping is about 6-12 business days, and only 4-8 business days for expedited shipping.

Shipping costs depend on the the weight of your order. If you wish to ship to a country that is not available in the checkout options, please contact the customer service team.

For the sake of smooth transportation, we do not recommend that you provide PO Box APO/FPO military addresses when placing an order.

We can change the shipping address for you before the package is shipped. But once the package is sent, I'm afraid it will be too late.
So I suggest you check your order information after you place your order.

If the order is still in production, it will not be updated until the production is completed.
If it's an order already on the way, it's very common that the tracking information hasn't been updated for several days.
Especially when the package passes through customs or after boarding, the tracking information may not be updated for a period of time.

I'm sorry, generally speaking, we don't accept the return of custom size dresses.
In fact, if you provide the right size, a custom-size dress will fit.
So in order to make the dress more suitable for you, I suggest you measure your size according to the measurement method here https://www.carlyna.com/pages/size-chart before placing an order.

If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of receipt, please contact us at service@carlyna.com with your order number and valid photo proofs within 48 hours.
We will check and provide a replacement or issue a refund for you.

1. Submit a return request Contact Us to Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification. You can contact us atservice@carlyna.com
2. Once we have approved your request, you will be sent a return form which needs to be included with your return. Please send your item(s) using local post within 14 days from receiving the return form.
3. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
4. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.

1. If the order is canceled before shipment, we will process the refund after receiving your cancellation request.
2. If it is a return order, we will process the refund after receiving the returned package. Whether it's cancellation or return, once the refund is processed on our end, we will email you a confirmation.

3. Also, it usually takes 0-15 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. We can't control the processing speed of your card bank. Please ask the card bank for detailed information.

If the amount of refund you received is incorrect, please contact us at service@carlyna.com with a screenshot of the refund you received. We will check as soon as possible what causes the refund error and correct it.

I'm sorry to hear that this dress doesn't fit you. Generally speaking, we suggest you modify it in your local tailor's shop. If it can't be modified, in order to save time, we suggest you contact us at service@carlyna.com with a return request.
Then, you can make a new order and choose the dress you want. However, please note that shipping fees, rush order fees will not be refunded. And we do not take the responsibility for return and exchange shipping fees.

Oh no! We are so sorry to hear that you shipped the wrong item back to us. We will try our best to locate the item returned in error.
However, Carlyna will not be liable for items returned in error and will not compensate for wrong items returned!
